Have you ever seen an ugly gopher?
We have! We're here to tell you all about ugly gophers. Let's start with the basics.
First, what exactly is an ugly gopher? Well, they're different from regular gophers. Gophers are small, burrowing rodents that live about 2-3 years. They live in underground chambers they dig for themselves. The chambers are connected with small networks of tunnels. Gophers are often called pests because their underground homes can disrupt human gardens, landscaping, and underground cables. But who says humans don't disrupt gophers?! Gophers eat plants, but some commit cannibalism when they cannot find food. These animals live in North America and like warm places.
Now onto ugly gophers. Most gophers are cute little animals, but not ugly gophers! Newsflash:Ugly gophers are UUUGLY! Instead of the cute, dark eyes that most gophers have, ugly gophers' eyes are black and beady. Their fur is not soft and brown, but dirty and matted. Ugly gophers' teeth are yellow and cracked. Their claws are broken and dirt-covered. Their whiskers are short and wispy. Their tails are thin and have barely any hair. Their ears are tiny and always pinned close to their heads. In other words, ugly gophers are very ugly!
